Please read these Terms carefully before using our cleaning services. By booking with Fresh Bright, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Scope

Fresh Bright provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to Industrial Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, Restaurant Cleaning, and House Cleaning across Belgium. The specific scope of work will be defined in the quotation or service agreement provided before each booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service if the environment poses a health, safety, or security risk to our staff. Any additional services not mentioned in the original quote may be subject to extra charges.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed after you receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from Fresh Bright. Verbal requests must be followed by a written confirmation to be valid. You can book via: Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may require an express fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We provide free, no-obligation quotes based on the information you provide (property size, service type, frequency, special requirements).
  • One-time cleaning: Payment is due immediately after service completion via bank transfer, cash, or QR code.
  • Recurring services: Invoiced weekly/monthly with payment due within 7 days.
  • For large industrial projects, a 30% deposit may be required before the start date.
  • Late payments may incur interest of 1.5% per month and collection fees.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. To provide fair conditions for both parties, the following applies:
  • Free cancellation: At least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): 50% of the service fee will be charged.
  • No-show (client not present or access denied): 100% of the agreed fee will be charged.
  • Emergency rescheduling due to illness or force majeure will be handled flexibly with proof.

5. Access & Site Conditions

You agree to provide safe access to the property (keys, codes, or presence of an adult). For house, office, kitchen and restaurant cleaning, please ensure that valuables, sensitive documents, and fragile items are stored securely. Fresh Bright is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. For industrial sites, you must inform us about any hazardous materials, heavy machinery risks, or safety protocols before work begins.

6. Liability & Insurance

Fresh Bright is fully insured (civil liability & professional indemnity). In the rare event of accidental damage caused by our team, we will repair or replace the item up to a reasonable market value. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.
We are not liable for:
  • Pre-existing damages or defects not reported before cleaning.
  • Issues arising from improper use of client-provided equipment.
  • Loss or damage due to third-party actions after service completion.
  • Consequential or indirect losses (e.g., business interruption).
Any claim must be reported in writing within 48 hours after service completion, along with photo evidence. We will investigate and resolve fairly.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-cleaning

We take pride in our work. If you are unsatisfied with any area, notify us within 24 hours after service. We will send a team to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge within 2 business days. The guarantee does not apply if you have interfered with the cleaned surfaces or requested non-standard procedures.

8. Eco-friendly & Product Usage

By default, Fresh Bright uses eco-friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning agents. If you require specific conventional or industrial-strength chemicals (degreasers, disinfectants, etc.), please request them in advance. We are not responsible for allergic reactions unless we were explicitly informed about sensitivities beforehand.

9. Client Obligations & Conduct

You agree to:
  • Provide accurate information regarding the property, size, and any hazards.
  • Ensure pets are secured during cleaning (we love pets but safety first).
  • Arrange necessary parking permits or access passes (if required).
  • Not request illegal or dangerous tasks (e.g., asbestos removal, biohazards).
Fresh Bright staff have the right to leave the premises immediately if they experience verbal abuse, threats, or unsafe conditions; the full service fee will still apply.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect personal data (name, address, email, phone) only to manage bookings, communicate, and invoice. Your data is never sold to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy (available upon request). You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@freshbright.be.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, extreme weather, or utility failures. In such events, we will reschedule at no extra cost or provide a full refund for prepaid services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising from services or these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Amendments & Severability

Fresh Bright may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in full effect.
